This beautiful mountain home has 2 bedrooms upstairs. The master
bedroom has a luxurious king pine sleigh bed. The second bedroom has
a single over double bunk bed and a trundle bed. There is a queen
sleeper downstairs. The smoke-free house is TOO CUTE with lots of
light, an open great room with a wood stove, a large deck with views of
the open sunny backyard. Great for kids to play in ALL YEAR LONG!
Backs up to greenbelt! Looks like heaven!
There is a large two car garage with a level driveway for easy winter
access. The level lot is great for children to play in the snow. Guest
access to the Tahoe Donner amenities is included with the rental. Tahoe
Donner has a newly renovated and expanded fitness center, three
swimming pools, a highly regarded eighteen hole golf course, a cross
country ski center and extensive cross country, hiking and biking trails, an
equestrian center, a beach marina at Donner lake, and ONLY 1.5 blocks
from the family friendly downhill ski course. YOU CAN WALK!
Our vacation home is located fifteen to twenty minutes from a number of
ski areas including Alpine, Squaw Valley, Northstar, Sugar Bowl, and
Boreal. The house is a five minute drive from Coyote Moon golf course.
And, we are twenty five minutes from Lake Tahoe.
